A housewife will accompany you to discover the recipes and dishes of the Tuscan tradition during an exclusive cooking class in a farmhouse or in a winery. You will get to know the area through its products, putting your hands in the dough to prepare the Tuscan pici, adding salt and pepper to prepare the ragu with Aglione, or Chianina meat, and picking the vegetables directly from the garden.
Your cooking class will begin with the preparation of a classic Tuscan appetizer, with tomato bruschetta, “black” croutons with livers, cold cuts and Tuscan bread. Then moving on to the preparation of handmade pici and a delicious dessert.
At the end of the experience, it is time to enjoy the dishes just cooked by you at table, accompanied by a good glass of Tuscan wine and extra virgin olive oil to enhance the authentic taste of Tuscan cuisine.
